One-to-One Coaching

You can handle a lot. But it’s costing you.

• You say yes, then resent having one more thing to do.
• You finally get time to yourself, but feel guilty using it.
• You’re less patient with the people you love.
• You miss having something of your own to look forward to.

Together, we work on what keeps bringing you back to this place, even when you’ve promised yourself things will change.

What We Work On

You deserve more than just getting through the week.

Support That Fits Where You Are

Choose from a focused session or a coaching program with ongoing support. My eight-week and four-month programs combine private coaching with Time Line Therapy and resources to use between sessions.

On your free clarity call, we’ll discuss what you want to change and which option best fits your needs.

You’ve tried talking yourself into change, but still feel stuck.

Let’s work on the subconscious beliefs holding you back.

Knowing you deserve time for yourself doesn’t automatically make it feel okay to take it.

That’s why I combine personal coaching with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hypnosis to work on the beliefs, habits, and emotional responses that make change feel difficult.

For you, that might be guilt when you say no, pressure to keep everyone happy, or the belief that no matter how much you do, you’re still not good enough. We work on what’s keeping you stuck.

Imagine saying what you want without rehearsing it first. Enjoying a quiet afternoon without feeling lazy. Feeling good about yourself even when you haven’t done a single thing for anyone else.

Time Line Therapy is one of the approaches included in my eight-week and four-month programs. This short video introduces what it involves.

From Carolyn

Why do I feel guilty when I finally take time for myself?

You finally sit down. Nobody needs anything. And instead of enjoying it, you start thinking about what you should be doing.

You promise yourself next week will be different. Then someone asks for help, you say yes, and your own plans disappear again.

That’s how you can feel stuck even when you know exactly what you want to change.

It’s easy to think, “I just need more confidence.” But what happens when choosing yourself brings up the fear that you’re selfish, letting someone down, or not doing enough?

Start by noticing the rule you’re living by. Do you have to finish everything before you can rest? Keep everyone happy before your own happiness counts?

Then ask: “What would I choose to do with this hour if I didn’t have to earn it first?”

What have you been putting off for yourself until everyone else is taken care of?
